Established in 2019 by Krystie Baker; The boutique is dedicated to offering quality clothing and accessories for every woman, and every occasion.

The Assistant Store Manager position is responsible for assisting with the delivery of financial targets and company key performance indicators focusing on creating a warm and genuine customer service experience that ensures the continued growth of the KRYSTIES business.

Responsibilities:

  • Excellent sales skills and previous experience exceeding store budgets/KPI’s
  • Providing leadership and training to Casual Retail Assistants
  • Ability to create an excellent, warm and genuine customer service experience
  • Reflect store core values and adhere to policies and procedures
  • Display energy and positivity

 Education, Experience and Qualifications:

  • A passion for retail and a strong presence of personal style
  • Experience working in a high sales turnover retail business
  • Ambition to progress within Retail
  • Understanding of market trends
  • Highly developed communication and presentation skills
  • Organized and Accountable
  • Ability to generate efficient staff rosters
  • Experience managing the performance, training and development of a small team
  • Experience with Shopify highly desirable
