You are welcome to return or exchange items within seven (7) days of sale/dispatch.
Krysties’ standard policy is to exchange your item or issue a store credit to the value of your item.
We recommend you visit us in-store or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a return or exchange.
Your purchased product must return to us in its original condition - unworn/unused, with tags on, and in its original packaging.
Sorry – we are unable to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, washed, or removed from their original packaging.
We do not offer refunds/exchanges on sale items (unless faulty) or gift cards.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange/refund tights, pierced earrings, sunglasses, or face masks.
To complete any returns, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
A partial refund may be issued where:
- An item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- An item is returned more than 7 days after sale/delivery
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange a defective/damaged item for the same item, email us at email@example.com
Returns/exchanges will be processed within seven (7) days of receiving the items.
Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will organise an exchange, credit note or refund your payment in full, minus the initial shipping costs. You will be notified of this via email.
You must include a copy of your invoice with the return.
We do not cover postage costs for returns.
Please note: if you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
