Track your order

Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, you can track your order by clicking the link in the email, logging into your account or contacting Australia Post.
Delivery time frames
For deliveries in NSW, please allow up to three days. During busy periods, like Christmas or school holidays, please allow up to five days.
For deliveries to other states, please allow up to six days.
Please note: these time frames are approximate and are based on business days from the day of dispatch and type of postage chosen. 
Shipping and delivery policy
  • We pack and ship orders each business day. 
  • Your order will be shipped next business day, if not earlier.
  • A tracking number will be provided once your package is dispatched.

     How much is shipping?

    We send all orders via the Australia Post pre-paid satchels. A standard shipping fee is charged.

    • Standard delivery: $10.00
    • Express delivery: $15.00
    • Orders over $100: free
      Orders that contain larger items that do not fit into the Australia Post pre-paid satchels will incur a postage fee. If you have any queries regarding postage charges, feel free to contact us at

      Where can you post?

      We can post to any residential, workplace, PO Box or Locked Bag address. 
      Please note: if there is no-one home at the time of delivery by Australia Post, they may leave a card requesting collection from your local post office.

      Once your order has been shipped, Krysties Boutique accepts no responsibility for loss, delivery delay or damage to your property. This can be a result of a delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over, or by an event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight.
      All orders will be delivered via safe drop if nobody is home to receive it, unless otherwise selected at checkout. Safe drop is performed at the customer’s risk and Krysties is not liable for parcels that show as delivered with safe drop and go missing.
