The Casual Retail Assistant position is responsible for assisting with the delivery of financial targets and company key performance indicators focusing on creating a warm and genuine customer service experience that ensures the continued growth of the KRYSTIES business.

Casual Retail Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Excellent sales skills
• Ability to create an excellent, warm and genuine customer service experience
• Reflect store core values and adhere to policies and procedures
• Display energy and positivity

Education, Experience and Qualifications:

• A passion for retail and a strong presence of personal style
• Experience working in a high sales turnover retail business
• Ambition to progress within Retail
• Understanding of market trends
• Highly developed communication and presentation skills
• Organised and Accountable
• Experience with Shopify highly desirable
• Weekend availability required
