Shipping policy

KRYSTIES offer a flat rate of $10 for standard shipping all orders under $150. Express postage is $15. Spend over $150 and standard shipping is free.

Hunter Boots are excluded from free shipping. Shipping is calculated by weight for these items and will be shown in your cart at checkout.

We only ship orders within Australia at this time.

Your order is processed within 1 business day of receiving it. Please note we are located in Mudgee, a rural NSW town so delivery times can vary.

An email with your Australia Post tracking link will be sent once your item is fulfilled and ready for despatch.

Local orders are able to select a 'local pick-up' option at checkout to collect their order in-store.
